Strategic Partner Manager



The Strategic Partner Manager will be responsible for all aspects of strategic partnership management. The role will include sourcing new promotional and content partnerships as well as growing existing ones. The Strategic Partner Manager will be responsible for forming a plan for different content categories and regularly presenting plan to the CEO of Psst Media. In addition, the Strategic Partner Manager will be responsible for representing Psst Media at industry events and evangelizing the company.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, structure, negotiate, and close large, strategic relationships with prospective partners. 
• Help execute scalable content programs through marketing plans and by reaching out to content owners/aggregators. 
• Represent the company at industry events, which will include describing the benefits of working with Psst Media to content providers, publisher partners and advertisers. 
• Lead research and conduct competitive analysis that helps to determine our content categories and vertical strategies. 
• Play a central role in helping the team build content metrics and management business infrastructure tools. 

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record. MBA is a plus. 
• At least 5 years of work experience, including 3 years of related business development experience. 
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans. 
• Ability to interpret legal documents, negotiate contracts and work with attorneys to complete agreements. 
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to operate with energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and collaborative environment.

Sales Account Executive



The primary responsibility of the Psst Media Sales Account Executive is to drive and grow new business revenue. You'll manage business relationships to ensure that your clients' needs and requirements are met. This is a high-adrenaline, client-facing sales role requiring deep industry expertise, proven sales ability with a particular penchant for closing deals, and a broad base of industry contacts. You understand and anticipate how decisions are made, and you will persistently explore and uncover the business needs of your key clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and revenue generation. 
• Generate business plans to define your selling strategies and tactics. 
• Understand and adapt to Psst Media’s ongoing product and technology developments. 

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record. 
• At least 5 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media in a specific industry. 
• Strong knowledge of and established relationships within the industry. 
• Strong knowledge of traditional as well as contemporary/online marketing tactics and strategy. 
• Deep understanding of the industry's issues and a vision for its growth. 
• Willing to travel.
